Playing without an account

You can play without signing in. In the iOS and Android apps your saves, settings and progress then stay on your device and are not sent to our server.

On the website and in Telegram you can continue as a guest: we create a guest profile with a random identifier and a generated name so your progress is kept on the server.

What we collect when you sign in

Signing in with Apple, Google or Telegram is optional. It keeps one garden across devices, puts you on the leaderboards and enables purchases. We then store:

• Account identifier from Apple, Google or Telegram. We never receive your password.
• Display name the provider shares: with Apple only if you choose to share it, with Google your profile name, with Telegram your name and public @username.
• Profile photo link from Google or Telegram, if your account has one.
• Game data: progress, tree collection, adventure save, match results and match records we replay on the server to check scores.
• Purchases: product, date, order status and the store's transaction reference (App Store transaction ID, Google Play purchase token or Telegram Stars payment ID). We also give the store a random token that ties a purchase to your game account. Payment card details never reach us.

We do not ask for or store your email address, contacts, location or device photos.

Technical data

• A session token keeps you signed in. In the apps it is stored in the system Keychain (iOS) or Keystore (Android); on the website it is a cookie.
• Our server logs record IP addresses and request times. We use them only to keep the service secure and to fix errors.

How we use the data

• to run the game and keep your progress in sync across devices;
• to show leaderboards: other players see your display name and results;
• to verify purchases with Apple, Google or Telegram, deliver them and handle refunds;
• to prevent cheating and abuse;
• to answer your support requests.

The game shows no ads and contains no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not sell your data and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Who receives the data

• Hetzner Online GmbH, our hosting provider, stores the server data in the European Union.
• Apple, Google and Telegram process sign-in and payments under their own privacy policies.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Retention and deletion

We keep your profile while your account exists. You can delete it at any time in the game: Profile → Delete account. This removes your profile, sessions, linked sign-ins, leaderboard entries and game progress. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the game's access to your Apple ID.

Order records (product, date, transaction reference, refunds) are kept without your profile, because we need them for accounting and refunds. Server logs are kept only for a limited time.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it. Write to tarasenka.kiryl@gmail.com from any address and tell us which sign-in you use. If you live in the EU or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and signing in is optional. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think a child has signed in, write to us and we will delete the account.

Changes

When this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. We will announce significant changes in the game.
